Returns and Exchange Policy.

If you receive faulty goods they must be reported immediately upon receipt.

To report faulty goods please use the contact form on our 'Contact' page or click on the chat bubble located at the bottom right hand side of the site, to initiate a chat with one of our representatives.

If goods are found to be faulty, replacement items will be offered in exchange once original goods are returned. (It may not always be necessary to return faulty goods if this can be verified and agreed via an online process.)

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for goods ordered in the wrong size or ordered in error. Due to most items being made to order we cannot offer a standard exchange policy on any of or goods. However there may be instances where we can offer an exchange on stock items depending on stock availability.
